MALTEMPO
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi
Doc Spumante Pas Dosé
Along the banks of the “Fosso del Maltempo”, the ancient name of today’s Fosso del Granchio Nero, spontaneous vegetation creates a unique microclimate where the vines grow lush and in harmony with the surrounding nature. It is here that our sparkling wine is born, from grapes that benefit from shade, humidity and the changing light of this wonderful vineyard.
It is a long Martinotti Method, Zero Dosage, enhancing the purity and freshness of Verdicchio. The perlage is fine, elegant and persistent.
In the glass it is immediate, vibrant and bright, with pronounced salinity. A convivial wine, perfect for aperitifs, fried fish, crudités and shellfish.
