Le Piaole is the first expression of Verdicchio from Tenuta dell’Ugolino. Three different vineyards come together in a single blend that enhances the diversity of the territories as a defining identity element.
Fermentations take place separately to preserve each individual expression, then they are assembled in the final cuvée, achieving balance and connection among them. Organic farming practices accompany a wine born from landscape differences, combining freshness, structure and minerality.
In the glass it is vertical and multifaceted: savory, dynamic and fresh, marked by a vibrant mineral imprint that defines its profile and supports its elegance. An authentic and contemporary Verdicchio, ideal with aperitifs, raw seafood and delicate fish first courses.

WINE MAKING AND REFINEMENT
Vinification and ageing: off-the-skins vinification, must cleaning, fermentation at a controlled temperature below 17°C, matured in stainless steel vats for at least 5 months and refined in bottle for at least 2 months.
